Refund policy

Here at Z & M's Creations we have a 30-day exchange policy. Once you have received your item you have 30 days to request a replacement or exchange if the item is faulty. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

For an exchange you will need to provide a photo of the item and include details of the reason for exchange. A receipt, order number or proof of purchase will also be required.

Exchanges do not apply to change of mind purchases.
